Nakamoto Holdings and KindlyMD Unite: A Bold Bitcoin Treasury Strategy

In a groundbreaking move, KindlyMD, a prominent healthcare services provider, has joined forces with the Bitcoin-centric holding company, Nakamoto Holdings, to establish a pioneering Bitcoin treasury. This strategic merger, announced on May 12th, marks a significant leap in the integration of Bitcoin into mainstream finance.

Nakamoto Holdings, the brainchild of David Bailey—a crypto advisor who served under President Donald Trump—envisions a global network of Bitcoin treasury companies, collaborating closely with BTC Inc. Bailey’s vision is audacious: “Traditional finance and Bitcoin-native markets are converging. The securitization of Bitcoin will redraw the world’s economic map. We believe a future is coming where every balance sheet — public or private — holds Bitcoin.”

The long-term strategy extends beyond treasury management. Nakamoto Holdings plans to cultivate an ecosystem of Bitcoin-native businesses, encompassing media, advisory, and financial services, all aimed at accelerating Bitcoin adoption and utility. The core objective is to accumulate Bitcoin and maximize BTC holdings per share.

A Novel Approach to Bitcoin Accumulation

Similar to Michael Saylor’s strategy at MicroStrategy, Nakamoto Holdings intends to utilize equity, debt, and innovative financial instruments to achieve its ambitious goals. The merger announcement highlights the company’s commitment to transparency and compliance, promising “market exposure to Bitcoin within a compliant, transparent structure.”

Bailey’s ambition is nothing short of revolutionary: “Our mission is simple: bring Bitcoin to the center of global capital markets by integrating it into equity, debt, preferred shares, and new hybrid structures. We plan to list these instruments on every major exchange in the world.”
