Bitcoin Price Analysis: Crucial Levels to Watch

Bitcoin’s price action has been captivating since its April surge, climbing above $97,000 in early May before a minor retracement. This fluctuation leaves investors pondering the market’s next move. A leading crypto analyst, IT Tech, offers insightful analysis of Bitcoin’s technical and on-chain indicators to predict short-term price movements.

Following a rally from $93,600 to over $97,000, Bitcoin appears to be consolidating, according to IT Tech’s May 2nd analysis. The question remains: is this a temporary pause before another upward push, or the prelude to a deeper correction? IT Tech’s analysis incorporates the SuperTrend indicator, revealing a buy signal near $94,000 and a subsequent sell signal around $97,300. Despite this, the overall market structure remains bullish while prices stay above $94,000.

Liquidation data provides further clues. IT Tech points to significant long liquidation zones between $95,200 and $96,000, and another cluster near $93,600 and $94,000. These zones are likely to act as strong support levels in the event of a price drop.

IT Tech suggests that maintaining the $96,000 support level is crucial for maintaining bullish sentiment. A decisive break below this level could trigger a cascade of liquidations, potentially pushing prices down to $94,000. Conversely, a breakout above $97,400 could propel Bitcoin towards $98,500.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $96,463, showing a 1.64% increase over the past week. Trading volume is down 21.82% at $26 billion. The market shows continued bullish sentiment, fueled by increasing Bitcoin Spot ETF inflows and potentially positive trade negotiations between the US and China.

Despite the recent volatility, analysts maintain a bullish outlook, with some predicting prices as high as $150,000. This makes careful observation of the key price levels highlighted by IT Tech even more crucial for navigating the current market conditions.
