This indicator suggests strengthening upward momentum and is often viewed as a potential buy signal, possibly signaling the beginning of a significant rally. The analyst drew parallels to Q3 2021, where a similar crossover preceded a substantial 56.9% price surge for BTC.
Key Support and Resistance Levels
Analyst Ali Martinez identified the $95,700 zone as a potential support level before a move towards $100,000. However, he also points to $97,530 as a crucial resistance level. A successful break above this level could clear the path for BTC to challenge or surpass its previous ATH.
Analyst Predictions and Diverging Opinions
Rekt Capital anticipates resistance near $104,500 following a decisive break above the $97,000-$99,000 range. Maintaining support within this range would be crucial for further upward momentum. Conversely, analyst Ted suggests BTC is in a Wyckoff accumulation phase, with the $96,000-$99,000 range acting as potential resistance before a breakout. He believes the dip below $76,000 in early April marked the cycle’s bottom.
