Bitcoin’s Next Peak: Analyst Predicts Late 2025 Surge
Bitcoin (BTC) recently soared to a new all-time high, nearing $112,000, igniting investor excitement. Crypto analyst, known as “The Oracle,” offers a compelling prediction for the future of Bitcoin.
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), The Oracle forecasts Bitcoin’s next peak between November and December 2025, with the bull market potentially concluding around February to March 2026. A significant altcoin rally is also anticipated during the summer and fall of 2025.
Understanding Bitcoin’s Cycles
The Oracle emphasizes the cyclical nature of cryptocurrency markets, highlighting that while many participate, only a select few consistently profit. He attributes this to “market sentiment manipulation,” where investors often misinterpret signals, leading to poor timing.
To support his analysis, The Oracle references historical Bitcoin highs: $1,242 (November 2013), $19,891 (December 2017), and $69,000 (November 2021). He points out that peaks in 2017 and 2021 occurred 29 months before Bitcoin’s halving events – a remarkably consistent pattern. Bear markets in 2018 and 2022, both lasting 12 months, saw retracements of 84% and 77%, respectively.
Halving Events and Market Trends
Historically, Bitcoin has surpassed its all-time highs seven to eight months post-halving events. While mass adoption and macroeconomic factors are ever-changing, this cycle’s bull run appears slightly extended, peaking later in 2025.
Currently, BTC trades around $108,600, a slight dip from its recent high. Year-to-date, it boasts a 56% gain, second only to XRP’s impressive 337% increase. The $110,000 level might serve as resistance, with potential for short-term pullbacks.
The coming days could see increased volatility as the market navigates this new price discovery phase. This could potentially provide opportunities for altcoins to thrive.
