Amidst this market upheaval, crypto analyst Mister Crypto highlighted the accumulating liquidity around the $100,000 Bitcoin price level. In a recent X post, Mister Crypto warned of potential bear desperation, hinting at a looming short squeeze capable of propelling BTC towards the six-figure mark.
A short squeeze occurs when price increases force traders with short positions to close them quickly, creating a snowball effect. Mister Crypto also showed a Binance BTC/USDT Liquidation Heatmap illustrating substantial trading activity and liquidation orders clustered around $100,000.
Bitcoin recently reached a 45-day high exceeding $94,000. It currently trades at $94,236, reflecting a daily increase exceeding 6%, according to CoinMarketCap.
