Rumble’s Crypto Wallet: A Q3 Launch to Rival Coinbase?

Rumble CEO confirms Tether-collab crypto wallet to launch in Q3

Rumble, the video-sharing platform, is poised to disrupt the crypto wallet market. CEO Chris Pavlovski recently confirmed the upcoming launch of a Bitcoin and stablecoin wallet in Q3 2025, developed in partnership with Tether. This move directly challenges industry giants like Coinbase.

Pavlovski’s X posts highlight the wallet’s ambition: to become the leading non-custodial option, specifically empowering the creator economy. He envisions the Rumble Wallet as a superior monetization tool for creators, particularly in international markets. Potential support for Tether Gold (XAUT) further enhances its appeal.

This announcement follows Rumble’s March unveiling of a Tether (USDT) wallet and Tether’s significant $775 million investment in December 2024. The planned Bitcoin (BTC) integration positions Rumble to compete in a market currently dominated by established players like Coinbase, Robinhood, and MetaMask.

With mobile crypto wallet usage reaching a record 36 million in Q4 2024, according to Coinbase, the timing for Rumble’s entry is strategic. Rumble’s own financial performance, exceeding Q1 revenue estimates, further strengthens its position for this ambitious venture. The company’s recent Bitcoin acquisitions also signal a strong commitment to the crypto space.
