SEC Seeks Extension to Review Coinbase Documents

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a motion with the court, seeking a four-month extension until February 2025 to thoroughly review a substantial volume of documents related to its ongoing investigation of Coinbase. The regulator has indicated that it needs this additional time to examine \”at least 133,582 unique documents\” as part of its discovery efforts in the case against the cryptocurrency exchange.
